What is liquid chlorine?
Liquid chlorine is one of the most popular ways to chlorinate pools and spas.
Liquid chlorine is also known as chlorine bleach, sodium hypochlorite, and NAOCl. It is a strong chemical, and it should be handled with care. Chlorine is used in pools/spas as it not only provides water clarity, but it also disinfects the pool/spa. Liquid chlorine is available in a number of concentrations, therefore, it is recommended to get your liquid chlorine from an official pool installation company or supply store. Liquid chlorine can also be used with automatic dosing systems.
Liquid chlorine can be used by the home pool owner, pool installers, and pool maintenance services.
