Can I use the HI96750 to test potassium levels in blood?
Unfortunately, the HI96750 Potassium Portable Photometer will not work for testing the potassium levels in blood.
In order to accurately measure the amount of potassium in blood you will need an instrument called a blood gas machine. Hospitals and blood testing facilities will have instruments in their labs. For more personal use, or for fewer tests there are testers available on the market for testing the potassium levels in blood.
